MytransfersBenidorm has as its corporate purpose the management between the reservation and sale of transfers in vehicles rented by the user, always with a driver.
The fact of acquiring any of the services offered by MytransfersBenidorm, originates the express acceptance by the consumer of each and every one of the General Conditions, which are automatically considered incorporated into the contract without the need for its individualised written transcription in it.
When the user makes his reservation through the MytransfersBenidorm website, he will receive an email with all the data of the reservation and all the necessary information for the correct provision of the services.
The revision of prices will be allowed for tariff modifications. The variation in prices, at no time, will affect an already finalised purchase. A reservation becomes a purchase at the end of the process, with the creation of a confirmation email
Transport from Alicante Airport or Alicante AVE station to the contracted destination or vice versa in private vehicles, that is, the service that is sold is a private transfer, where only the occupants who made the reservation will go, and under no circumstances will the seats that are loose be sold, this allows to offer a much more personalised service, fast (without waiting at the airport, tour within the city)

As a general rule, a criterion of strict literalness must be followed, meaning that what is not specifically detailed as understood, will not be included in it.
All luggage must be clearly labelled with the name of the owner and the destination address. Each passenger can carry 1 bag of luggage and 1 piece of hand luggage, such as a bag or a small bag (camera cover, laptop case or similar). Cabin bags will be considered suitcases and not hand luggage. If you want to bring additional or special luggage (bicycles, golf clubs, pets, etc.) please notify it at the time of booking.
Drivers, at the time of collection, reserve the right to refuse to take any person who is or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and / or whose behaviour is considered a threat to the driver or the vehicle. Refunds are not accepted under these circumstances.
Users accept that once the journey begins, inside the vehicles, they will not be able to drink alcoholic beverages or smoke (this restriction is understood in the broad sense with respect to the usual tobacco and its emulators, such as vapers).
All our vehicles are fully insured against passenger and third-party claims, as required by Spanish legislation. Passengers' luggage is, however, carried entirely at their own risk and no liability is accepted for loss or damage.
Although all reasonable efforts are guaranteed by drivers in order to arrive in time to start the transfer or to their destination, MytransfersBenidorm will not incur any liability in case of delay.
If due to specific restrictions at the time of performing the service, such as infrastructure works, traffic conditions, etc., collection at the same door may not be possible, the vehicle will stop and pick up / leave the User at the accessible point closest to his accommodation.
The times of the transfers are approximate and depend on traffic. MytrnsfersBenidorm will not accept any responsibility for any difficulty or failed service if customers do not have the appropriate documentation contained in our arrival and departure procedures at the time of the trip.
The liability of MytransfersBenidorm is excluded, when there is a cause of force majeure for the non-provision of the service. By way of example, not exclusively, it will be considered cause of force majeure:

In case passengers inadvertently leave their belongings in one of the vehicles, they must immediately contact the MytransfersBenidorm office. MytransfersBenidorm everything possible to locate and return the item. However, you cannot take any responsibility for your loss.
As long as you have provided correct and complete flight information in your reservation, no additional charge will be charged for flight delays.
At any time the consumer and user may withdraw from the services requested or contracted, having the right to the refund of the amounts they have paid provided that they are made 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 48 hours before departure are subject to the cancellation fee with 100% payment.
If you do not show up on departure, the consumer and user are obliged to pay the total amount of the trip.
The cancellation must be made through the MytransfersBenidorm.com website by filling out the corresponding form.
MytransfersBenidorm is not responsible for the following circumstances:
Of cancellations made after the by Users. Mytransfersbenidorm will not be responsible under any circumstances for returning the amounts paid by its Users when they have not met the cancellation period provided for in the cancellation policy applicable to each service.
Of the delays or errors made by the Users to reach the meeting point of the activity, excursion, guided tour and / or booked transfer. That is, MytransfersBenidorm will not assume any responsibility if the User loses the activity or the reserved transfer due to lack of punctuality and/or for not being at the corresponding meeting point.
Or in cases in which the driver denies the User access to the vehicle for reasons of his condition or behaviour.
Of the damages and thefts that affect the Users and the assets of their ownership during the enjoyment of the activities, excursions and guided tours and / or during the journey of the contracted transfer service.
Of the injuries, damages and accidents that the User may suffer during the enjoyment of the activity, excursion, guided tour and / or reserved transfer, as well as those injuries, damages and accidents suffered by the User prior to the service and that have prevented him from enjoying it.
Of the cases in which the vehicle reserved for the transfer does not go to the collection point when the information provided by the user about the schedules and collection point is erroneous or equivocal.
From the loss of flights, trains, buses or any other means of transport as a result of not having requested the transfer service with the advance period recommended by MytransfersBenidorm. The User is solely responsible for knowing the departure time of his flight/train/bus and requesting the pick-up service with sufficient time.
Of the quality and adequacy of the service contracted by the User.
Likewise, MytransfersBenidorm does not give any guarantee or is it responsible, in any case, for damages of any nature that may arise from the access or use of the content or the Website. Among others, and by way of example and not limiting, MytransfersBenidorm is not responsible for the following circumstances:
Lack of availability, maintenance and effective operation of the Website and/or its services or contents, as well as for damages of any nature that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the Operation of the Website.
Of technical failures attributable to third parties or to causes of force majeure that prevent the proper functioning of the Website.
Cases of force majeure, understood as the failure, suspension or interruption of services or use of the Website, as a result of the blocking of the Internet network, actions or omissions of third parties, or any other causes or circumstances independent of the will of MytransfersBenidorm that prevent the normal use of the Website.
The illicit, negligent, fraudulent use, contrary to the terms of these General Conditions of Use, or good faith, of the website, by Users.
The relationship between the User and MytransfersBenidorm will be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in the Spanish territory. Given the possible possibilities that, for translations into other languages, there are terms that generate doubts about this contract, the meaning of the same in Spanish will always prevail.
In case of discrepancy regarding the validity, execution or interpretation of this contract, the parties undertake to resolve it amicably.
However, in the event that the parties do not reach an agreement through negotiation, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
